The 2025 Annual Report takes readers through ICCI’s second full year of operations and its first year providing direct financial support to organizations.

In digital format, the publication reflects how the search for narratives capable of inspiring Brazilians to believe there is still time to act on climate, democracy, and justice shaped ICCI’s work throughout 2025. It also presents the year’s big numbers, including total grantmaking and the number of grantees and projects supported.

The report brings together the events convened by ICCI in 2025 and gives voice to grantees themselves in the “Stories” chapter, which features interviews with people genuinely committed to helping shape a better future for the country through their work. With texts dedicated to the Black Women’s March for Reparations and Living Well, COP30, and faith communities, the chapter reinforces ICCI’s belief that transforming realities starts with transforming conversations.

The publication also highlights the places visited by ICCI’s team, introduces the funders who made ICCI’s work in 2025 possible, and offers a brief look at ICCI’s priorities for 2026.
