Beatriz Amparo joins the ICCI team

We are thrilled to announce that Beatriz Amparo is joining ICCI as Programmatic Manager!

Beatriz holds a degree in Sociology from Fundação Escola de Sociologia e Política de São Paulo (FESPSP) and has completed additional programs in Political Marketing and Electoral Campaigns (PUC-SP), and in Data Protection (ITS-RJ). A researcher and social strategist, she brings over a decade of experience in public opinion research, politics, and communication, with previous roles at IBOPE, KANTAR, Ipsos, and Rede Conhecimento Social.

Before joining ICCI, she worked as Campaign Manager at the Instituto Marielle Franco and as Data Coordinator at the Secretaria de Políticas e Promoção da Mulher do Rio de Janeiro, where she led the award-winning “Mapa da Mulher Carioca”, a diagnostic tool that maps gender inequalities through georeferenced data. She also worked as a coordinator at the Movimento Mulheres Negras Decidem for two years, leading the training component of the “Estamos Prontas” project - an initiative focused on strengthening black women leaders, which was later documented in a book of the same name.
