Taiane holds a degree in International Relations from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul and is a facilitator specializing in social and climate impact initiatives. She brings extensive experience as a program leader, with a professional background that includes philanthropic fundraising, complex project management, the development of sustainable workflows, and strengthening partnerships with national and international organizations. Before joining ICCI, she managed programs and projects at Purpose Campaigns and worked on initiatives related to public administration at organizations such as Fundação Lemann and Vetor Brasil. She also contributed to partnership development with institutions including the Women’s Equality Center, Instituto Clima e Sociedade, IKEA Foundation, and Open Society Foundations.
