Mathaus Torres
Programmatic Coordinator
Mathaus Torres holds a degree in International Relations and brings over 10 years of experience working with youth, specializing in gender, democracy, and climate change. Prior to joining ICCI, he served as Executive Secretary at Em Movimento, a coalition of organizations focused on researching, communicating, and mobilizing Brazilian youth. From 2018 to 2022, he was the Executive Director of Engajamundo, where he oversaw the organization's involvement in COP26 in Glasgow. He has led campaigns to mobilize young people, including the "Vote is Attitude'' campaign, which aimed to enhance youth participation in the 2022 presidential elections and reached over 10 million people on social media.
