ICCI team comes together to look back on its first three years and set priorities for the future

A change of scenery, a shift in rhythm, and a chance to listen more closely. That was the spirit that brought ICCI´s team together for two days in a space surrounded by the Atlantic Forest in Rio de Janeiro.

As part of a broader strategic planning process, we revisited ICCI’s first three years and reflected on what we want to build from here.

Spending that time together gave us space to hear different perspectives, develop a more shared view of the context we’re working in, and create common ground for the decisions ahead. From there, we defined our institutional priorities and mapped out an action plan for the work ahead.

We left those two days more connected as a team and with a clearer sense of our priorities and the path ahead. The experience also confirmed that the way we work together reflects our belief that transforming Brazil requires transforming the way we talk about Brazil.
