Gilberto Costa

Gilberto holds a degree in Accounting, a postgraduate degree in Finance, and an MBA in Strategy, bringing more than 30 years of experience in the financial sector and over two decades in people management. Based in Delaware, Gilberto is a distinguished Executive Director at J.P. Morgan, where he leads the Private Bank LATAM and Global Family Group Operations, and supports operations across LATAM, Canada, and the Caribbean. Dedicated not only to cultivating high-performing teams but also to fostering an inclusive workplace through his extensive work in Diversity and Inclusion, he is co-founder and Executive Director of the nonprofit organization "Pact to Promote Racial Equity" (Pacto de Promoção da Equidade Racial) in Brazil, an initiative that promotes racial equity and philanthropy.
